Four Simple Steps

You tell us about your business. We handle the rest and show you what happened.

1

Book your category

Pick your tier and the drop you want. Once your category is booked, no competitor can join that card.

2

We design your ad

Artwork is included. You approve it before anything is printed. Add an offer if you like, such as "£10 off your first visit".

3

We deliver it

Printed on thick 350gsm card and delivered by Royal Mail with the post, to every home in the postcode areas listed below.

4

You get a scan report

Your ad has its own QR code. After the drop, we send you how many times it was scanned.

Exactly Where Your Card Goes

No "up to" numbers. Royal Mail delivers to every home in each postcode sector we book.

AreaPostcode sectorHomes (approx.)
Bangor West & CentralBT20 35,160
BallyholmeBT20 52,510
Total per dropAbout 7,600

Household counts are from the census by postcode sector. Royal Mail confirms the exact number when we book each drop. A small number of homes that have opted out of Royal Mail door drops won't receive it. More of North Down is coming as the card grows.

Upcoming Drops

A new card every 8 weeks. Royal Mail delivers each drop across its delivery week.

A Card People Keep

Most leaflets go from the doormat to the bin. The Community Card is thick, high quality and exclusive, with carefully chosen local businesses on one side and a local crossword and games for the kids on the other. It is made to stay on the kitchen table or the fridge.

  • Size & stock: A4, double-sided, 350gsm card
  • Businesses per card: 10 to 12, never two in the same trade
  • Delivered by: Royal Mail, with the post
  • On the back: a local crossword and kids' games
  • Artwork: designed by us, approved by you before print
  • Tracking: your own QR code, plus an optional offer code

Leaflets You Can Actually Measure

Most door drops give you no idea whether they worked. Every ad on the Community Card gets its own tracked QR code.

Your own QR code

It takes people straight to your website, booking page, menu or phone number. Every scan is counted.

A scan report after the drop

We send you how many times your QR code was scanned, so you can compare it against what you paid.

Optional offer code

Add something like "Mention CARD10 for 10% off". Scans show interest, offer codes show bookings.

Scans are one signal. Phone calls and walk-ins from the card are not captured, so the real response is usually higher than the scan count.

Three Sizes Of Ad

Every tier includes category exclusivity, artwork, delivery, a tracked QR code and a free Tap Review Card.

Community Card FAQs

How many homes will my ad reach?

About 7,600 homes in Ballyholme (BT20 5) and Bangor West and central Bangor (BT20 3). Royal Mail confirms the exact count when we book each drop.

Can I choose which areas I'm in?

Royal Mail delivers by whole postcode sector, so every advertiser reaches the same homes. We will add more of North Down as the card grows. Tell us where you work and we will let you know when your area is added.

What does "per drop" mean?

One print run delivered once to every home in the listed areas, during the delivery week. The price covers design, printing and delivery for that drop. A new card goes out every 8 weeks.

How many other businesses are on the card?

10 to 12 at most, and never two in the same trade. There are only 1 or 2 Dominant spots and 2 or 3 Prominent spots on each card.

Who delivers the cards?

Royal Mail, through its Door to Door service. Your card arrives with the post during the delivery week, to every home in the postcode sectors we book, apart from the small number of homes that have opted out of door drops.

How will I know if it worked?

Your ad gets its own QR code. After the drop we send you the number of scans. Add an offer code too, and you can count the bookings that mention it.

Do I need my own design?

No. Artwork is included in every tier. Send us your logo and a photo if you have them, and you approve the ad before it is printed.

What if my category is taken?

You can book the same category on the next drop, or book the season to lock it for four drops in a row.

What if the drop is late?

If it is not delivered in its published delivery week, you get a full refund or a free place on the next drop.
